Shellaney Pimenta is CEngS' Customer Relations manager as well as team leader in project coordination. Shellaney has been with CEngS for the last six years where she and her team manage CEngS' project activities including concerns, inquiries, billing, daily office needs and many other related tasks. Shellaney and her team support all of CEngS' office associates, engineers and field personnel with any special requests or needs. Shellaney and her team have managed outstanding support and coordination for over 50 major projects in United States, Caribbean, and Central America.
Chris Cutlip is CEngS' Substation Superintendent Foreman with over twenty years of reputable history with substation experience in construction, inspection and maintenance ranging in variety of scopes from distribution to 500kv transmission stations. Chris has overseen substation construction in multiple states in the southeast and has an extensive knowledge of Utility practices. Chris is experienced in all phases of substation construction, including excavating, concrete foundation, grounding, conduit, steel erection, equipment assembly & placement, wiring, modifications, solving assembly problems, safety, buswork, jumpers and re-wiring of equipment. Chris has extensive knowledge and supervisory experience with erosion control, underground feeders, terminations, control house replacement, substation batteries installations and replacements.
Matt Haynes is CEngS' substation wiring specialist with over six years of reputable history with Industrial wiring experience in construction, and maintenance ranging in variety of scopes from warehouse lighting to plant equipment wiring and termination. Matt has overseen electrical crews on several projects and has led the crews in a multiple states in southeast. Matt is also part of CEngS' team support for Engineers with all aspects of field data collections and verifications such as inventory, surveying and structure staking in both Line and Substation projects. Matt has also been involved with inspections of various Transmission line construction activities.
